For this reason, we chose this unique option of driving ATVs to make your journey to the Peruvian Andes easier, more accessible, safer, and spectacular. Similarly, one of the advantages is that our groups do not exceed ten people, thus one assistant is allocated to a group of eight passengers. And to be able to give you with a higher level of service and make your trip memorable.
During the tour, we may watch the fauna and flora of the area, including llamas, alpacas, and vicuñas in their natural environment. If we are lucky, we may even see the big Condor of the Andes, known as Apuchin in Quechua.

Cusco – Rainbow Mountain – Cusco
On the very first day of your Rainbow Mountain experience, we will pick you up from your hotel at 4:00 a.m. and travel 1 hour and 30 minutes to the trailhead. After breakfast at a local eatery in “Cusipata,” we’ll ride the “Kayrahuire Alto” (the starting point of the ATV excursion). Once arrived at the starting site, the guide will supply you with an ATV bike. Don’t worry if you’ve never ridden an ATV bike before. Before the trip, you can engage in a 20-minute practice session led by the SAP trip Guide.
Note – If you are unable to depart at 4:00 a.m., SAP offers alternative departure time between 6:00 and 6:30 a.m.
Following the practice session, we begin the 1 hour and 30 minute ATV ride along ATV tracks to Rainbow Mountain. During the ATV ride, you can view the spectacular scenery such as snow topped mountains and Andes village regions. Once you get at the Rainbow Mountain Trek Point,We must hand over our ATV keys to the vehicle park security. Before the trek, you can refresh and use restrooms at the trek point. Our guide will lead you through trekking paths for 5 – 10 minutes to the view point, where you can take photographs of the unique rainbow mountain. There you get 40 minutes to explore the rainbow mountain. After 40 minutes, we descend down to the ATV parking area and start the ATV ride to Kayrahuire Alto (the start point of the ATV experience).
Our transport awaits you at Kayrahuire Alto (the ATV adventure’s starting point). Once we’ve finished boarding, we’ll go to the Cusipata region, where you can have your lunch.
Following lunch, we travel 1 hour and 30 minutes back to your lodging.
